OEM & Wholesale

How a wholesale order with us actually works.

We are a sourcing and export partner, not a factory. This page sets out what we coordinate, what is confirmed in writing before you commit any money, and where our limits are — so you can judge us before you send a deposit.

What We Coordinate

The parts of the order you do not have to run yourself.

A wholesale order for lighting is not one purchase. It is a specification, a supplier, a price, a packing standard and a document set — and someone has to hold all five together.

01 · Sourcing

Several suppliers, one quotation

Where it helps, one requirement is put to more than one manufacturer and the offers are compared on specification and reliability, not on the headline wattage.

02 · Specification

Every value confirmed first

Panel rating, battery, lamp count, outputs, runtime and charging time are confirmed against the exact model — including how each value was tested — before they appear in a quotation.

03 · Consolidation

Mixed categories, one shipment

Where minimum quantities allow, several lighting categories are combined into a single quotation and a single shipment instead of several unconnected orders.

  • Production follow-up — the order is tracked against the confirmed specification, not against a promise made at the quotation stage.
  • Pre-shipment inspection coordination — a third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment where the order justifies it.
  • Export documents — invoice, packing list, bill of lading and, where the factory provides them, origin and conformity documents for the exact model.
The Order Path

From brief to shipment, in six steps.

Most of the work happens in the first two steps. A vague brief produces a vague quotation, so we spend the first exchange making the requirement precise.

Send your brief
  1. Send a briefApplication, product or category, estimated quantity and destination country.
  2. Specification checkWe go back to the supplying factory and confirm the values for the exact model.
  3. QuotationLine by line, FOB or CIF, with minimum quantity and lead time stated.
  4. Sample or first orderSamples where the factory offers them, so the first order is not the first time you see the product.
  5. Production & inspectionProduction followed, packing and carton marking confirmed, inspection coordinated before shipment.
  6. Documents & shipmentShipped with the document set prepared to your instruction.
Before You Commit

What is confirmed in writing, per model.

None of the rows below is a standing offer. Each one is set by the supplying factory and confirmed against your own requirement before you place a deposit.

Minimum order quantitySet per model by the factory and stated in the quotation — not assumed in advance.
SamplesAvailability and cost confirmed before any order; sample freight is quoted with it.
Lead timeProduction lead time stated in the quotation and re-confirmed before deposit.
Packing & carton dataCarton quantity, dimensions and gross/net weight as published by the factory, or confirmed if not published.
Carton markingShipping marks and labels to your instruction, where the factory can apply them.
Trade termsFOB or CIF against your destination port. Other terms quoted on request.
Payment termsAgreed per order against the confirmed specification. There is no online checkout and no card payment on this site.
DocumentsInvoice, packing list and bill of lading; certificate of origin and conformity documents only where the factory holds them for the exact model.
WarrantyThe factory's own warranty terms for the exact model, passed on in writing — not a warranty we invent.

Certificates for markets that require pre-shipment conformity assessment are handled per destination and per order. We do not state that a product is approved for a market until the supporting document exists for that exact model.

OEM & Private Label

Available where the factory actually offers it.

Private label is the claim most trading companies make first and confirm last. Our position is simpler: we say what can be branded only after the supplying factory has confirmed it for that product.

  • What can be branded — stated per product once confirmed: the product itself, the packaging, the printed manual or the model naming, or only some of these.
  • Artwork and plates — setup costs and minimum quantities for a branded run are quoted from the factory, never estimated by us.
  • Exclusivity — we do not promise exclusive distribution for a market unless the factory has agreed to it in writing.
  • When it is not possible — if private label is not available for a product you need, we say so rather than take the order and improvise.
Where Our Limits Are

Three things we will not claim.

Not a factory

We do not present supplier premises as our own

Our name is on the quotation and on the shipping documents. If a claim about ownership were false, every other claim on the page would be worth less.

No price promise

We do not claim to be the cheapest

The quotation is built on the confirmed specification. A lower price against an unverified specification is not a saving.

No unverified claims

No certificate is published before it is verified

Certification is published only for the exact model it covers. Everything else stays off the page until the document exists.

Private Label

The practical questions on OEM work.

What buyers want to know before they send artwork or commit to a print run.

Where can our brand go?

Product housing, packaging, instruction manual and model name — but only where the supplying factory offers it for that model. Printing on the housing needs a mould or a pad-print setup and is usually tied to a minimum quantity; packaging and manuals are far easier to change.

What artwork do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG, plus the exact colours and where each mark sits. Where the factory works from a print template or a dieline, we send it to you before you produce artwork rather than after.

Does private label change the lead time?

Yes, and the factory states by how much. Printing, a new carton or a new manual adds a step before packing, so lead time is quoted against the branded version rather than the plain one.

Is there a setup cost?

Where the factory charges for plates, moulds or printing setup, that figure is quoted as a separate line instead of being absorbed into the unit price. It is a one-off for the order, and we tell you which items it applies to.

Can the sample be branded?

Only where the factory is willing to run a one-off. Otherwise the sample is the plain version and the branding is confirmed on the production drawing. We say which of the two applies before you ask for a sample.

Send us a requirement we cannot fake an answer to.

Give us the model type, the estimated quantity and the destination country. The reply will tell you whether the specification is real.
