What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity is set per model by the supplying factory, not by us, and it is stated in your quotation. Tell us the quantity you are working to and we will say plainly whether it is workable for the model you want, rather than quoting around it.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Where the factory offers samples, yes. Sample cost and sample freight are confirmed before you commit to anything. For a first order we recommend it — a sample is the cheapest way to remove doubt about light output, finish and build quality.
How long does a quotation take?
A brief that includes the category, an estimated quantity and the destination country is normally answered within one business day (China time, GMT+8). Where a figure has to be confirmed with the factory first, we tell you how long that will take instead of sending a number we cannot stand behind.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed per order, against the specification and the supplying factory's own terms. This website has no checkout, and we never ask for card details through the form or by email.
Can you print our brand on the product or the packaging?
Only where the supplying factory offers it, and only once it is confirmed for that specific product. We will tell you exactly what can be branded — the product, the packaging, the manual or the model name — and quote the setup cost from the factory rather than estimating it. See OEM & Wholesale.
Which documents do you provide?
Invoice, packing list and bill of lading as standard. A certificate of origin and any conformity documents are provided where the factory holds them for the exact model. Certificates are never issued in our own name, and we do not pass on a document that covers a different model.
Is the product certified for my market?
We do not state that a product is approved for a market until the supporting document exists for that exact model. Where a destination requires pre-shipment conformity assessment, it is handled per order and per destination, and the cost is shown with the quotation.
How do you ship, and on what terms?
FOB or CIF against your destination port; other terms are quoted on request. Where several lighting categories are ordered together, they are consolidated into one shipment where minimums allow.
Are you a factory?
No. We are a sourcing and export partner working with manufacturing partners, and we say so on every page. A false claim about ownership would make every other claim on this site worth less — which is the opposite of what a buyer deciding on a first order needs.
